Overview

Description: 
A 37-item self-report breast cancer-specific quality-of-life questionnaire for adults receiving breast cancer treatment. Subscales include physical well-being, social/family well-being, emotional well-being, functional well-being, and breast cancer-specific concerns. The first four subscales are assessed by FACT-G.
